This will include working, learning, and being responsible for a list of duties and tasks. The successful candidate will complete an intense 90-day on-the-job training program. This includes working and learning in the following areas:

  • Manage business operations in the assigned division to achieve company goals

  • Address business inquiries from clients and staff members in a professional manner

  • Identify resources, schedule and assign workloads and manage your projects and staff to ensure success.

  • Excel in training and learning the business, culture, and procedures of staffing
