Job Summary
Managing a multiple-line phone system, greeting and directing calls and guests; preparing conference rooms for the meetings, including setup and refreshments. You will responsible for managing office supplies and inventory.
Administrative tasks including copying, scanning, typing, creating memos, spreadsheets, etc; inputting information into the database other duties as assigned.
Email communication; supporting the professional team members, including dictation (Olympus tape recorder); client and business research.
Assisting with various financial services requests as needed.
You will have the opportunity to grow with the company and expand your scope of work.
Qualifications
High School Diploma; college degree a plus; financial industry and or professional service experience a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Personal integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Strong organizational, general office, and administrative skills and is operationally efficient
