1.   Staffing Consultant

Candidates must be knowledgeable of marketing, developing new and existing clients and increasing job orders.

3 to 5 years of experience in sales or account management is a must.

Continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards and forums in effort to grow candidate pool.

Evaluate candidates by discussing job requirements and skills/capabilities, analyzing assessments and reference checks. (Goal is to identify any potential candidate red flags)

Communicate with clients regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and other candidate matters.

2.   Executive/Administrative Assistant  

---------------------------------------- Job Position Summary ---------------------------------------A North side full-service financial services firm that specializes in providing brokerage, trading, investment banking, and investment advisory to individuals is looking for administrative support to two to three Financial Advisors (FAs).  The candidate will perform a variety of administrative functions including scheduling appointments, assisting callers, composing memos and emails, researching and creating presentations, event planning, etc.

1+ years of experience working in a medical setting a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook); ability to work on 2 screens

Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Review explanation of Benefits statements and take appropriate action via verbal or written appeal to challenge short/zero paid claims and various denials; work aging reports.

Post payments; reconcile daily; check end of day billing spreadsheet.

Keep up with compliance and coverage criteria.
