  • Attach finished good tags to the pallet side and load them into a trailer

Job Summary- Accounting Administrator is responsible for reviewing all job activities and processing the billing for various customers in accordance to required procedures.   Maintain files specific to construction project billing.  The position will also provide support for other administrative task and activities required to meet set deadlines.

Duties

  • Process all billings for various customers.  Review AP invoices; ensure all required documentation is received and matches to change order.

  • Review all job documents, pictures and notes for services provided. Follow up on missing documentations required to complete customer billing.

  • Invoice prep; Research issues with invoices and follows to resolution.

  • Assist with AP/AR activity to meet deadlines; assist with month end close processes as requested.

  • Respond and follow up on customers billing inquiries. 

  • Assist with miscellaneous projects as assigned.

  • Review existing procedures; streamline and implement new procedures upon management approval.

  • Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma; some college is a plus

  • Minimum 2 years of construction billing experience (AIA billing a plus)

  • Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize workflow

  • Strong attention to details and ability to follow directions

  • Understanding the billing process related to time and material.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, Must be proficient in QuickBooks

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for performing core cashier function in a parking garage setting. The job is for third shift, working the hours of 12:30am to 8:30am, with a 30 minute lunch. You need to have a valid Driver License and available to work on West side of Indianapolis near new airport, and be comfortable working in a booth.

  • Perform opening and closing procedures accurately and recording all vital information on the appropriate forms

  • Collect parking lot fees utilizing designated cashiering system that accommodates our facility tickets

  • Accept payments in the form of cash, credit card, and occasionally providing change to customers when necessary

  • Assist the general public providing customer service explaining parking fees, collecting payments, and when necessary providing directions

  • Handle customer complaints in a responsive, respectful manner

  • Maintaining cleanliness of booth and immediate surrounding areas

  • Stock booths with supplies needed to perform essential functions

  • Help to eliminate and relieve traffic congestion at pay plazas as needed

  • When necessary help to direct overflow parking in terminal garage to the economy lot

  • Recovery of jammed credit cards and stuck customer tickets as needed

  • Direct traffic when necessary

Requirements

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Graduation from a standard high school or vocational school; or successful completion of a high school equivalency exam; or any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of this position

  • Prior cashier experience a plus

  • Ability to maintain good public relations

  • Effectively communicate and comprehend English, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to perform all of the functions of this position as described and other duties as assigned as this position description may be changed at any time

REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES AND CONDITIONS
